At GOINSAFE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Your purchase or automatic renewal was made no more than 72 hours prior to the refund request.
•  You have not:
              o  Attempted any portion of a test, quiz, or exam.
              o  Requested or received a certificate of completion.

              o  Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
              o  Received notification that training materials or other merchandise                    have been shipped

3. Refund Request Procedure

Submit your refund request in writing via email to support@goinsafe.com, including:
•  Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
•  Reason for requesting the refund.

4. Fees and Exceptions

•  A handling fee of 15% of the original purchase price may apply.
•  Refunds will not be issued for:
               o  Shipped training materials or merchandise.
               o  National, state, or local regulatory fees.
               o  Failure to pass quizzes, exams, or other course assessments.
               o  Failure to meet identity verification requirements.
               o  Course expirations or access lapses.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

6. Course-Specific Policies

Any course-specific terms or conditions presented during registration may supersede this general refund policy. For questions about a specific course, please contact us prior to purchase.
